Using Afterticker

These terms apply to the Afterticker website and membership service. By using the service or purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms. The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Use your own account, keep it secure, and do not misuse the service, try to access another person's information, or interfere with its operation. Contact us at support@afterticker.com.

Free essentials and paid Plus

Afterticker Free includes the immediate pause tool, personal reset plan, daily pledges and check-ins, journal, six core lessons, and workspace export and deletion. You can use Free as a guest on your device or sign in with your email to save to your account.

Afterticker Plus adds a self-paced 30-session guided reset and 7-day and 30-day insights from your logged entries. Plus requires sign-in and an active server-confirmed membership. Free remains available without a subscription. There is no free Plus trial, and a device setting or checkout return link cannot activate a membership.

Price and recurring billing

You select a plan, accept the recurring membership terms, and review the payment total on Stripe before paying. No subscription starts just by exploring the website. When checkout is unavailable, no payment can be taken through the website. Any test-mode checkout is labeled and does not take a live payment. Access begins only after the server confirms an eligible subscription.

Stripe processes payments. By purchasing, you authorize the chosen recurring charge and any applicable tax. Keep your billing details current. Failed payments can interrupt Plus access. If a future price changes, we will tell affected members before the change applies; you can cancel before renewal. We do not charge you a new price merely for visiting a pricing page.

Canceling and refunds

You can cancel renewal through Manage membership in Settings, which opens the secure billing portal. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid its charge. A cancellation scheduled for the end of your paid period preserves Plus until that period ends, then your account returns to Free. Contact support@afterticker.com if you cannot access cancellation.

If Plus is not right for you, request a full refund of your first membership payment within 14 days of that payment by emailing support from your account email. We will verify the purchase and return an approved refund to the original payment method. Renewal payments and requests after that window are not routinely refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Canceling renewal does not itself request a refund. A full refund ends the corresponding paid access.

Signing out, uninstalling a shortcut, or deleting your entries does not cancel a subscription. Your Free tools, personal entries, and export controls remain available after Plus ends.

A habit tool, with clear limits

Afterticker does not provide medical care, mental health treatment, diagnosis, crisis support, or financial advice. Its questions are for personal reflection, not clinical assessment. Its authored content has not been presented as clinically validated treatment. The service does not promise that you will stop trading, improve your health, recover losses, or achieve a particular result.

If trading affects your wellbeing or feels difficult to control, consider support from a qualified professional or someone you trust. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.

Your financial decisions remain yours

Afterticker does not connect to your brokerage, monitor positions, block trades, close accounts, or recommend buying, selling, or holding financial products. The timer is a voluntary pause and does not prevent access to trading apps. You remain responsible for your accounts, open positions, financial decisions, and any professional advice you need.

Your entries and progress

Your entries stay yours. You permit Afterticker to store and process them to provide the service you request. Read the privacy details for device storage, account sync, payment records, and deletion. Keep an export of entries you want to preserve.

Elapsed reset time measures time since your chosen start or reset; it does not independently verify that you did not trade. Any projection of time you could redirect uses your own daily estimate; it is not measured screen time. Check-ins and completed tasks are self-reported. Insights describe the entries you logged, not all your trading activity. Missing check-ins are not treated as successful or unsuccessful days, and small samples can limit trends.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available, but interruptions, errors, and maintenance can occur. We may improve features or restrict misuse. If we discontinue the paid service during a prepaid period, we will contact affected members and provide an appropriate refund for the unused service. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Product materials and contact

Afterticker's design, logo, and authored materials are provided for your personal use of the service. Do not resell or redistribute paid course content. Afterticker is an independent project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by QUITTR or any brokerage. Other names belong to their owners.
